- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Opened skincare, cosmetics, and hygiene-sensitive items are non-returnable
2. How to Request a Return

- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos if applicable
We’ll respond within 24–48 hours.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are issued once the returned item is inspected and approved
- Processing time: 5–7 business days
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence, and we’ll send a replacement or refund.
