3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued once the returned item is inspected and approved
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence, and we’ll send a replacement or refund.
